Each class includes a moderate warm-up, strengthening exercises, and training drills which include stationary movements and traveling steps.
In this series, we will have a progressive curriculum drilling foundation bellydance movements and learning short combinations. Each week will have its theme of interior hip
circles, undulations, figure eights, etc.
This class is suitable for beginners, although non-beginners are welcome and will be offered level up options.
In the Basics class, we will be covering foundation bellydance movements and isolations. Class consists of a mild moving warmup, movement breakdowns, and traveling drills.
