In this series, we will be covering bellydance technique, isolations as well as full body movements, and short dance combinations that will be connected together into a full choreography. Class consists of a mild moving warmup, hip articulations, drills, and some free movement.
We will start off the year with the foundational movements of bellydance and weave them into short combinations. This class is approprite for beginners and is appropriate for all levels.
